Our online application is quite detailed and will take 30 minutes or more to complete. After you create a login for your application, you can save any work in progress and finish your application over several sessions.

In completing the application, it is important that you provide as much information as possible to give our investment team the best overall view of your business and investment needs. In addition to basic information about your business, you will also be asked to provide the following:

  • Information about financial history and projected performance
  • Business and marketing plans
  • A deck or relevant presentation materials

Please note:
We do not sign NDAs. We receive so many plans each week that we would quickly be swamped with legal documents if we reviewed every NDA request. Our reputation depends on our professionalism and our ability to maintain the trust of the entrepreneurs with whom we work. We will take care to keep your materials confidential.
